Sales Representative - Southern Europe
Summary
Reporting to the VP EMEA Sales the Sales Representative will work closely with BORN and TechM teams to sell BORN services to our customers, both new and existing.

Responsibilities
- Grow market awareness of our services
- Close and grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential clients
- Build, maintain and deliver upon strategic territory sales plans
- Manage and interpret customer requirements, speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
- Coordinate internal teams to produce winning proposals
- Delivering technical presentations as required
- Preparing and bid management of RFPs
- Attending and participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies
- Support a variety of sales status reports as required, including activity, closings, followup, and adherence to goals
- Managing legal documents with customers
Experience
- Minimum 7 years in a similar sales role
- Strong track record of target achievement
- Agency background preferred
- Customer Experience (CX) technologies background a must (digital channels, eCommerce, CMS, personalisation, digital marketing, mobile apps, etc)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge and ability to execute professional sales techniques
- Strong presentation skills and professional appearance
- A team worker
