The Assistant Digital Content Creator at Firefly Group will be instrumental in crafting captivating content across our various digital platforms.

Collaborating closely with the Group Digital Content Designer, this role will aid in shaping our digital content strategy across all Firefly brands.

This role requires someone who is creative and can identify, create, manage and deliver digital content using a range of techniques, across channels including website & social media through video, copy and photography.

The role will work across a range of projects in the organisation and therefore effective working relationships will need to be formed with various internal teams, external stakeholders and third-party suppliers.

• Develop engaging content for Firefly Group's social media platforms, emphasising videography for restaurants, bars, and events.
• Produce and edit highquality photography and videography content that aligns with brand aesthetics and marketing objectives.
• Assist with the Group Digital Content Designer to brainstorm creative concepts and anticipate visual design trends.

• Assist in building comprehensive marketing strategies that leverage digital content to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, suggesting new approaches to digital content delivery and marketing tactics.
• Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, providing insights to optimise future strategies and campaigns.

• Manage multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across platforms.
• Implement content schedules and posting plans, optimising timing and frequency for maximum reach and impact.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 12 years experience in a digital marketing role or similar
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, able to work harmoniously in a creative environment.
• Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
• A robust portfolio demonstrating successful content creation for digital platforms, showcasing proficiency in photography and videography.
