We are seeking a SEN LSA for our valued client, a nurturing and supportive 'Ofsted good' school based in Smethwick.
They have built a friendly environment conducive for learning, and have a strong focus on Autism awareness and EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan).
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Providing personalised learning support to students with
Special Educational Needs - Working closely with the teaching staff to work on
EHCP'S - Assisting students in dealing with
emotional and behavioural issues - Facilitating social and academic development of students
- Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
Key Requirements:
- A recognised SEN LSA qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with children with Special Needs,
particularly Autism - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to helping students succeed
- Familiarity with
EHCP.
Salary and Working Arrangement:
- Salary: £80£90 per day depending on experience
- This is an officebased position, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic and vibrant school environment.
