We are seeking a SEN LSA for our valued client, a nurturing and supportive 'Ofsted good' school based in Smethwick.

They have built a friendly environment conducive for learning, and have a strong focus on Autism awareness and EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan).


Job Role and Responsibilities:


  • Providing personalised learning support to students with
    Special Educational Needs
  • Working closely with the teaching staff to work on
    EHCP'S
  • Assisting students in dealing with
    emotional and behavioural issues
  • Facilitating social and academic development of students
  • Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Requirements:


  • A recognised SEN LSA qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with Special Needs,
    particularly Autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to helping students succeed
  • Familiarity with
    EHCP.

Salary and Working Arrangement:


  • Salary: £80£90 per day depending on experience
  • This is an officebased position, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic and vibrant school environment.
