3- We are looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to join us in our Leeds office, as part of our Sportsbook and Trading platform to manage a range of technology teams across the platform as well as other Head Ofs to- help solve cross-vertical problems

Your responsibilities will include:
You will work closely with the leaders in your team and your product and commercial partners to set a vision and a strategy for technology. Support your leader to create and own solutions to Roadmaps for their Engineering teams to work from. You'll be working with your technology teams across different locations and time zones to promote a culture of openness and clear feedback, based on our Prod Tech principles.

You'll also:

Build, manage, and support diverse teams of Software Engineers (frontend and backend), architects, and Engineering Managers
Define and deliver domain strategy/vision for 3+ years
Develop with other Heads of, cross domain and subdomain strategies to reduce bottlenecks and inefficiencies while promoting collaboration
Prepare and manage the engineering domain budget
Develop and grow talent through effective mentoring, succession planning, and retention strategies for key talent in a fast growth, economic environment.
Produce and deliver a strategic, technical vision while identifying gaps in ownership
Proactively identify technology gaps and opportunities while mitigating risks

Skills Needed:

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues across the business.
You'll be an experienced people leader who has had accountability and authority over a company's technology resources.
You'll also have:
Experience driving strategic initiatives with significant business impact
Experience defining and executing a vision and a strategy
Experience in managing, coaching, and developing leaders effectively
Experience designing and delivering technology solutions for consumer facing products in a high energy, ambiguous environment
