Oakleaf recruitment are the
in-house recruitment solution to a group of services and hospitals across the UK, with circa 2500 employees with growth plans over the next 6 months.
Our hospitals, nursing & residential homes and supported living accommodation support individual with a range of mental health needs (including acute wards), complex care needs, acquired brain injury and rehabilitation.
Oakleaf has 4 individuals in the overseas team, and 8 in the UK team, where we recruit for all non-clinical and clinical roles (Nurses, Doctors, AHPs) both locally and overseas.
The role will be to proactively complete all pre-employment checks for permanent staff who have been formally offered a role with one of our services to a high standard and in a timely manner. The role will be liaising with both the applicants to explain what they need to provide in order for them to start their new role and then the services so that inductions and start dates can be planned.
Requirements:
- Experience working within an audited environment such as healthcare, education, welfare to work.
- HR or recruitment experience an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong IT Skills
- MST, Word, Excel to a proficient level is a must.
- Strong attention to detail the details matter
- Organised able to manage your own workload.
- Happy to be office based, Whitstable, Mon to Fri 9am 5.30pm.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
