Core services include corporate, banking and finance, employment; commercial property and property litigation, commercial litigation and arbitration, charities, private wealth, tax, contentiousprobate and high-value residential property advice.


The firm's established Real Estate Team covers the whole market for those buying, building, developing, managing, occupying, financing, investing in and selling property.


The role:

The person will be involved in a busy team and will have responsibilities and duties which will include, but will not be limited to;

  • Property finance working with lenders and borrowers on all aspects of property financing;
  • Working on CLLS certificates of title;
  • Commercial occupiers advice across a range of sectors, for all types of occupiers;
  • Investment advice for property investors, from the institutional to the individual, across all sectors;
  • Working with property developers on a broad range of projects; and
  • Some Corporate support work.

Skills and experience:


Key Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of law in relevant areas;
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral);
  • Ability to be calm under pressure and to manage a heavy, but interesting workload with mínimal supervision;
  • Strong BD networker with the ability to generate new business;
  • Ability to manage deadlines and the expectations of clients and colleagues;
  • Have a good eye for detail; and
  • Team player.

Desirable skills

  • Experience of mentoring junior members of staff;
