We are a dynamic and innovative company specializing in manufacturing frames and products for various machines. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Robot Operative to join our team. This position offers a 12-week trial period with the potential for a permanent contract.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and run the Fanuc CRX10ia robot using a tablet interface.
- Produce jigs and other components as required for manufacturing.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
- Work independently to meet strict deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all tasks.
- Possess physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in robot programming and operation is essential.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering drawings.
- Strong fabrication, welding, and grinding skills.
- Forklift license is advantageous.
- Reliable with excellent punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively under mínimal supervision.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am 2:30 pm
- Friday: 6:00 am 1:00 pm
Salary:
£12.50-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
