Due to expansion our client is looking to recruit a contact centre advisor, in this role you will:

answer telephone calls relating to council tax arrears and penalty charge notices on behalf of local authority clients throughout England and Wales
Be supported by the inhouse learning and development team
Be encouraged to grow personally and professionally
Provide a high standard of customer service
Remain understanding, empathetic and professional
