Description
Talk Services is seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Call Centre Advisor.

The role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls for Sales and Customer Services purposes on behalf of our UK clients, while maintaining compliance and regulations and offering the most suitable services to customers.

Training on products will be provided.


Our Call Centre team aims to not only promote services, but also to provide excellent customer service and professional etiquette.

As a Call Centre Advisor, you will report to the Call Centre Manager, receive regular feedback and keep track of your work.


Salary:
£20,376.00-£22,210.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Maidstone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
