The Dare2Dream Foundation are looking for an experienced General Administrator to join our growing team.The Dare2Dream Foundation has an enviable reputation for offering therapeutic support, mentoring, vocational and academic education for vulnerable children and young people. The core aim of our work is to enhance both the mental health and life opportunities of vulnerable children and young people.
The main responsibilities of the role is to provide accurate and timely support to the Senior Leadership Team and HR function of the business.
Description
The General Administrator will be responsible for:
- General administration to support day to day operations
- HRIS administration and communicating relevant reports / information
- Creating and chasing documents for new starters, leavers and changers
- Managing and updating the Single Central Register (SCR)
- Obtaining preemployment checks
- IT asset management and administration
- Minute taking within meetings
- Assisting with recruitment / onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Record keeping and management of staff training
- Health and Safety related administration
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Profile
The General Administrator will have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- Strong administrative skills
- An ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine desire to learn
- Experience of working in an educational setting (desirable)
Job Offer
- A 37.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday
- The option to work from home once per week
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Pension
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
