Learning & Development Coordinator-
£29-32k depending on skills and experience_
LABC is the industry leader in education and standard setting for the building control profession.
We're seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator who holds or is working towards a CIPD qualification to join our award-winning learning team.
This role will be responsible for adminisering the end to end student journey and their records from initial pre-course enquiries to graduation.
Within your role you'll:
- manage the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) relationship and audits
- produce live virtual lectures and edit the lecture recordings
You'll be:
- Personable, reliable and a team player
- Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
- Competent in administering academic courses and student records
- Competent when using Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Outlook
- Competent using virtual classroom tools such as Zoom
- Confident when communicating (oral, written and presentation skills)
- Organised and selfmotivated with a proven ability to deliver results
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Keen to develop your learning and development skills to become an L&D all rounder.
