We are currently recruiting a Field Planning Executive to work in our Belfast office.


The Person
The ideal person for this role will display;

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word. An ability to learn and use new software quickly
  • The ability to plan activities and change these plans quickly to accommodate the customers needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to flex your communication style in different situations
  • Ability to build strong, professional working relationships
  • The ability to deal with stress and think logically through problems. Responds rather than reacts.
  • The desire to drive efficiency within their role. Regularly asks themselves, "Is there a better way to do this?"
  • Willingness and ability to work on their own initiative
  • Customer orientation, always thinking, "What does this mean for our customer, and our customer's customer?"
  • Excellent time management capabilities

The Role
Overlooking the operational aspects of a wide range of job types, including sales, merchandising, installation and promotional activities. Duties would include;

  • Bring the first point of contact for the field, and helping overcome any issues they may be facing
  • Liaise with Account Managers on all tactical projects
  • Ensure resources are in place to deliver the tactical projects
  • Journey Planning tactical projects
  • Collating payroll information and sharing internally with finance department
  • Helping train field staff on use of internal systems
  • Supporting the wider Green Field Marketing team where required with reporting, resourcing or general administration

Essential Criteria

  • Valid UK driver's license
  • 3rd level qualification

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience within the FMCG industry
  • Prior experience working with CRM

The Package

  • Basic salary of £23k£25k
  • Laptop

  • 20 days holiday (plus 10 statutory days), with an additional day for every year of service up to a max of 2 Workplace Pension Scheme
