Our client based in Swansea has been through significant growth over the last couple of years and is looking to recruit a Paraplanner on a fulltime permanent basis.

The role will be working for a well-established local business you will be working with the mortgage advisors/brokers on the more complex packages/cases

Job Description:

Undertake indepth reviews with clients
Maintenance of client records
Accurate recording and tracking of client's actions
Collating, scanning, recording and processing of relevant mandatory documentation
Processing Mortgage Applications
Pursue cases through the mortgage submission process to completion
Mortgage processing tasks of all descriptions
Manning the Client Support desk and handling client enquiries
Build and maintain relationships with financial intermediaries and finance advisers
