Summary:

Magno Ltd has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced multi-skilled tradesperson to assist with projects throughout the North West and North Wales.

We work in predominantly commercial environments in hospitality and care sectors but also cover property developments and refurbishments.

This is a brand-new vacancy so real potential for you to make a positive impact on the business and further develop the role as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

Working as part of a small team you will be expected to undertake a wide variety of tasks ranging from small maintenance tasks right through to assisting with diverse refurbishment and development projects.

General multi-trade work to include: second fix electrics and plumbing, painting, decorating, carpentry (e.g. replacing doors, worktops, locks) and fencing etc

Writing general reports

Ongoing training will be provided


Experience Required:

Trade experience within a similar role essential

You must be capable of running your own jobs, managing your own time and able to prioritise

Experience of 1st & 2nd fix joinery would be ideal

This role will suit someone who thrives on variety, enjoys a challenge, is both proactive and reactive

Capable of working alone and as part of a team in a safe and efficient manner.

Experience in hospitality and care sectors would be extremely useful

Presentable, a good communicator and able to deal with clients politely and proficiently

Self-motivated with a personable approach

Able to prioritise and manage own workload


Other Requirements:

Must possess your own set of tools

Full, clean UK driving licence


Salary & Benefits
£30-40k depending on experience

Van and insurance will be provided

20 days annual leave and bank holidays

£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
