£30,000 to £35,000 DOE

Bonus (additional £5,000 - performance based)


The Job Role:

Our client are specialist safety equipment manufacturers who are leaders in their field.

Due to recent changes and growth within the business, we are recruiting a Service Coordinator to manage the UK side of the business, located in Sheffield.

Typical duties and responsibilities will include the following; -Providing first-line support to customers in relation to their order -Processing customer orders using the in-house computer system (full training will be provided) -Coordinating orders to ensure timely receipt -Managing shipments of orders -Updating customers with the status of their order -Responsibility to ensure that all orders have been paid for on time prior to dispatch -Internal stakeholder management with teams across the UK and US -Maintain accurate inventory of stock within the warehouse -Responsibility for procurement of supplies as required -Actively contributing to continuous improvement across the business by identifying better ways of working -Administrative duties including reporting MI data -Occasionally delivering local orders (access to own vehicle is required) -Maintain clean and tidy warehouse/office at all times -Provide customers with product support (training on products will be provided)

£30,000.00-£350,000.00 per year
