    The Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly formed, high-energy team focused purely on the food and beverage side of the business. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, crafting compelling proposals, and helping us win premium event catering opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and convert inbound enquiries for premium catering and hospitality services.
    • A proactive approach to outbound sales meetings and presenting to potential clients.
    • Support the Senior Sales Manager in building a robust pipeline across corporate, private, and agency clients.
    • Create well-crafted proposals and event briefs that capture the spirit and creativity of our food and beverage offerings.
    • Collaborate with chefs, beverage teams, and event managers to tailor menus, experiences, and quotations for each client.
    • Represent us at tastings, supplier showcases, and hospitality events.
    • Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene and ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
    • Support broader sales initiatives, activations, and new business development campaigns as needed.

    Requirements

    • 2–3 years of sales experience in hospitality, catering, or premium events.
    • A genuine passion for food, drink, and creating memorable guest experiences.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines.
    • Commercial awareness and the ability to support fully costed proposals and event budgets.
    • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and menu suggestions to clients and partners.
    • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a bonus.
