VIOOH is hiring and looking for a motivated Account Exec Intern to join us on a 12 month basis.**
About the role

Are you looking for an entry role into the ad-tech market? We're looking for an ambitious Intern who will join the DSP partnerships team to support various projects which include campaign management & planning, collaborating with media owners & DSPs & supporting the team on daily management of partners.

The intern will support daily tasks in line with our engagement model, whilst learning and developing knowledge and skills in the role.

By the end of the internship you will have acquired a solid foundation of knowledge in ad-tech & the Programmatic DOOH space, which will prepare you to enter into any fast paced work environment within the industry.

The Intern will report to both the Regional DSP Partnerships Director of EMEA & the Global Director of DSP Partnerships.

Roles and responsibilities

Support in daily campaign management tasks including reporting
Working with MediaOwners to build campaign proposals, checking avails & creative approvals
Coordinating with the Technical Solutions Manager to troubleshoot campaigns & communicate with partners consistently, within SLAs
Support on the day to day management of DSP partners requests based across all VIOOH's markets worldwide (22 and counting)
Maintain internal content essential to the partnerships team
Build and manage internal docs to spread knowledge amongst other internal & external teams
Learn and develop understanding of Programmatic DOOH & support the team in growing revenue
Keep pipeline & deals content up to date on hubspot.
Carry out internal training courses to build on knowledge as much as possible
