We are a small established family company serving customers for more than eighteen years, specialising in commercial catering equipment spares, parts and accessories.
While our customers are mainly UK based we do deal with some overseas customers as well. A S Catering Supplies is based in New Milton, Hampshire.- Assist the sales team leader with quotes and customer enquiries
- Manage and process website and live chat orders and enquiries
- Liaise with customers to insure the correct part is ordered, contacting them with order progression and any price differences.
- Create parts and assist the sales team with quotes for both UK and overseas customers
- Contact suppliers for prices, availability and part numbers
- Process payments
Key Skills:
- Minimum Grade 4 in English and Maths.
- Passionate about customer service with accurate data entry skills and a positive phone manner.
- Previous office experience using phones and technology would be an advantage.
