PA/Legal Secretary - Property Law


This role is responsible for supporting and working directly alongside one of the Directors of this multi award winning property law firm.

As this role will be working closely with one of the Directors a high level of professionalism and confidentiality will be required.

Carrying out the full range of PA and secretarial duties to support the Director. Including;

  • Prepare from dictation, verbal or written instructions correspondence and documents as required
  • Complete filing on a daily basis
  • Open files
  • Prepare mail and enclosures
  • Photocopying and file preparation
  • Make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain the diary
  • Take client telephone calls initially and help to manage the Directors time and availability
  • To provide support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm's standards for client care and confidentiality
  • Draft and format legal documentation under the direction and supervision of the Director
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all the firm's and client's documentation and information
  • Work actively within your department to create a good working atmosphere and to provide a firstclass service to all fee earners and clients; and
  • Work closely with the Director and Office Manager to ensure the efficient and professional running of the firm is maintained

You will:

  • Have at least 2 years' experience in a PA or legal admin support role
  • Ideally have previous experience of working in law firm
  • Excellent word processing and audio typing skills
  • Excellent expertise/knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Have excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent client care skills
  • Be able to demonstrate a "can do" attitude
  • Be a team player
  • Be highly motivated and have the ability to genuinely add value to the role

Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
