Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver good quality care to our service users at home.
- Be friendly, polite, and courteous to clients and their families.
- Help clients with personal hygiene and assist with all other care needs.
- Be a team player and work well with others.
- Work Pattern 4 days week 1 3 days week
- Every second weekend off
- Mileage paid 35p to 70p per mile
- Supervisions held every month on probation then every 3 month after this
- Regular team meetings and support for Mangers
- Development and progression potential
- No call cramming on rotas
