A lovely school in Havering, is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work alongside another TA to support a child in Year 4.

You will not be solely supporting the child but also potentially other children, taking groups etc.

This is a great role for a teaching assistant who likes a varied role.

The school are offering long-term rates of between £75-£85, depending on experience.

As the successful Teaching Assistant you will be supporting a child with neurological condition which affects her learning. She can become frustrated so someone who is calm, patient and consistent to support her is vital.

A team player who can also work independently is a must.

As you will be working alongside another Teaching Assistant, you should have great interpersonal skills and flexibility.

This Ofsted rated "Good" school, is a welcoming and friendly school. You'll be based at the Junior site.

The school prides itself on its great links to the community including parent participation and commitment to their children's education.

There are large playing fields and parking for all staff.

To join us and be successful in this Y4 SEN Teaching Assistant role in Havering you will need to:

Either have experience of working as a SEN Teaching Assistant or a graduate who is potentially wanting to go into teaching in the future.
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
