Every day is different.

You'll be working with colleagues across Homes England as well as with external partners in housing associations, local authorities, developers and investors involved in affordable housing delivery.

This means you may need to travelacross the southern region or further afield to meet partners, visit housing sites and to work with Homes England teams/colleagues in our offices.

You'll also need to carry out "desk-based" technical assessments of the grant funding bids we receive from ourpartners.
