Our client is a market leading, solutions driven consultancy service based in Leeds City Centre, with a niche and interesting sector.

They are now seeking a dynamic, client focused Executive Assistant to join the Operations Department.

Executive Assistant

£30,000-40,000 per annum

Fully office-based position working Monday-Friday 9am

  • 5:30pm, with a 4pm Friday finish

The Role:

  • Provide a highlevel PA support to our directors as required, maintaining an awareness of their key priorities and objectives to be able to effectively manage their time and commitments.
  • Manage and oversee the diaries of the two Directors.
  • Act as first point of contact for client and key supplier enquiries.
  • Responsible for arranging travel and accommodation for the directors as required.
  • Booking and attending internal and external meetings to take minutes/actions and deliver on any follow up in a timely manner.
  • Ensure any materials needed for meetings are organised ahead of time.
  • Answering incoming calls to the directors / business and taking messages.
  • Producing material for company presentations such as the quarterly.

Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to liaise with colleagues and clients across all levels of the business.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Determined and driven, with the ability to selfmotivate.
  • Understanding of the need for confidentiality, and able to always act professionally.
