Part of the EMEA Consumer Supply Chain team, the Supply Chain Sustainability lead is a strong influencing and leadership role, ensuring collaborative partnership with the business functions to drive all key programs of Sustainability in supply chain.

The role will lead EMEA Supply chain Sustainability actions driving carbon neutral program for our sites and support engagement and coordination across all functions, including EMs and Suppliers Sustainability initiatives


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage coordination of the carbon neutral site program with all IM sites in the region
  • Supporting new sites to go through carbon neutral certification and recertification of current sites
  • Management of site carbon neutral narrative including mfg. proof points
  • Support the coordination within supply chain teams to help reduce the carbon footprint of products
  • Support the coordination of program updates, i.e., Making sure programs are progressing i.e., outputs of Brand workshops
  • Ensure plastic reduction tracker with baseline and projects pipeline are up to date
  • Manage weight data collection and maintenance process on annual basis
  • Connect with Brand teams to provide visibility of plastic reduction roadmaps
  • Governance of the different pillars and workstreams acting as POC for EMEA SC Sustainability
  • Engagement with crossfunctional teams (Make, Source, Deliver, IMO) to drive accountability and action towards Sustainability targets
  • Ownership of scorecard to enable reporting to regional and global teams
  • Develop a Sustainability plan for EM's and work in coordination with EM teams
  • Lead and Support in Supplier Carbon Reduction program
  • Ensure EPR coordination with all clusters for compliance and reporting
Qualifications


What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

  • University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Diverse experience across different areas of supply chain and experience in driving sustainability initiatives in consumer health company
  • Has proven project management skills being able to deliver projects in time while managing communication/expectations with internal and external stakeholders
Desired Skills

  • Has strong business acumen understanding of business dynamics
  • Strong experience of driving changes in Supply Chain Sustainability initiatives
  • Proactive thinker with ability to see the big picture but being able to debate the details.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management
  • In depth knowledge of fundamentals of Sustainability concepts
  • Ability to influence at all levels within the Supply Chain, Commercial, & other key cross functional partners, in a matrix environment
  • Ability to develop and coach crossfunctional teams from all sectors and geographies.
  • Ability to communicate and present clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms
