We are looking for a Full Time Cafe Team Lead duties will include being responsible for opening and/or closing procedures of the Belfast cafe and/or, store assisting with day-to-day running of the department, and supporting the management team in a variety of different ways.

Experience required. 5 days over 7.


Responsibilities

  • Opening and/or Closing of your Department as outlined by your manager
  • Cash Handling
  • Cash Reconciliation
  • Customer Service queries including dealing with complaints
  • Ordering processes for the store
  • Provide general support to the management team
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of seeking responsibility
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Reliable and flexible in their approach to work
  • Previous experience in a similar role an advantage
  • Experience in a busy cafe or restaurant environment
