Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for an
Employee Relations Lead on an initial 2 months contract with the possibility of further extension.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify, develop, and implement service improvements for Employee Relations team e.g, support the design of coaching and training modules for line managers, enhance professional employee relations practice in the ER team and foster a "one team" approach with other HR teams.
- Assist Employee Relations Manager analyse, record, and utilise employee relations statistics and data to improve employee relations practice.
- The Employee Relations Lead will supervise Employee Relations Specialists and Employee Relations Advisers.
- Support and monitor Employee Relations Specialists and Employee Relations Adviser with the management of casework.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Experience of service improvement and development in a demanding environment
- Ability to supervise and develop employee relations professionals to ensure effective and enhanced service delivery
- Ability to foster and build positive stakeholder relationships, including with HR and internal stakeholders.
Salary:
£26.71-£34.98 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
