Whilst working at Alchemmy you'll
- Maintain sales ledger processing invoices, debtors chasing, cash matching
- Process supplier invoices and resolve any queries
- Maintain a wide variety of reports to support business operations
- Support month end activities posting journals, bank reconciliations
- Monitor outstanding timesheets and ensure all timesheets are submitted in a timely manner
- Ensure the adoption of good governance in relation to expenses and invoicing
- Become knowledgeable of our systems currently Xero and Microsoft Dynamics
- System support setting up projects, assigning people to task, general support with data entry
We are looking for:
- previous experience in finance and operations
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- strong analytical skills and excel knowledge
- experience using Xero/Sage or other finance software desirable but not essential
- The role may be a good match for someone who is studying or considering accountancy qualifications such as AAT, ACCA or CIMA, but it is not a mandatory requirement
