Senior Recruitment Consultant (Team Lead Level) - PR & Communications

London

£35,000 - £45,000 basic

Permanent People are partnering with a specialist London based recruitment business, who are looking to add an experienced recruiter to their team due to growth and demand.

The company are leaders in Marketing, PR, Digital as well as Sports Marketing Recruitment.

The Position
You will be working in the PR & Communications division. It's a huge opportunity for a recruiter with relevant sector experience, looking to lead within a great recruitment business.

You will build your network and closely manage relationships to give a first-class service and generate consistent billings.

There is an established client list of great companies to work with, and our client lead the way in recruiting with Diversity and Inclusion in mind, and a few years ago founded a partner organisation which has seen them work and place,
the best talent in the BAME communities.

Your experience

Sector experience is essential
This will be at least 2 years' experience and you will be able to show a strong track record
As this role is team lead level, you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to negotiate well and motivate others
