Casual Front of House Assistant
Our Casual contracts are great for people looking to top up their income and/or work flexibly, as work is offered with hours to suit both you and the peak trading times of our business.
We are recruiting for a Casual Front of House Assistant.
The role is based at Ramada Hotel Telford but there may be occasions where you will be required to work in one of our other 2 hotels based in central Telford.
You will have responsibility for ensuring effective and efficient service in all front of house areas which include front desk reception, bar and restaurants (including breakfast food service and meeting rooms) whilst ensuring our guests receive the highest standards of service at all times.
- Assisting in the set up of the restaurant and meeting and conference rooms as required.
- Ensuring full payments are taken for all produce and services.
- Making adhoc reservations for guests over the telephone.
- Meeting and greeting guests at check in and in the restaurant What skills you need
- A flexible approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self motivated with the drive and energy to see a task through to completion.
- Work flexibly across the site's hotels when required.
