We are looking for an
Experienced Car Service Advisor. Salary £26K plus bonus. The Service Advisor will act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians.

The Service Advisor's responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs, verifying insurance, conducting inspections, and test-driving cars.

To be a successful applicant you should have excellent customer service - genuinely enjoy helping people.

Hours

Monday to Friday

and 1 in 3 Saturdays

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Communicates with customers about vehicle problems, insurance questions, and warranty issues
Approaches transactions with salesminded professionalism and suggestively sell products and services to customer including making customers aware of all packages and retail options available
Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle dropoff, and vehicle pickup.
Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pickup times.
Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments/invoices.
Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
Attending training courses when required

Service Advisor Requirements:

Previous experience in the automotive field.
A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
Proficiency with industryspecific software.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong organisational, decision making, and problemsolving skills.
The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
Full clean driving licence is essential.
