    Job Title: Legal Advisor (Residential Real Estate)

    Based in London, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Legal Advisor with expertise in residential real estate, residential litigation, commercial real estate, and property management.

    This is a pivotal role that safeguards the company's interests, provides sound legal guidance, and ensures regulatory compliance across operations.

    The successful candidate will lead efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our residential property team, supported by a dedicated legal assistant.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide expert legal advice on residential and commercial real estate transactions.
    • Oversee residential litigation matters, including court representation and legal process management.
    • Conduct thorough legal research and stay informed about evolving laws and regulations.
    • Address property management issues, including tenant disputes, property maintenance, and compliance.
    • Collaborate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders as required.
    • Develop and implement company policies and ensure legal compliance in all operations.
    • Present legal insights and progress reports to the Legal Director and senior management.

    Requirements

    • Qualified solicitor with a strong academic background (LLB required).
    • Significant experience in residential and commercial real estate, litigation, and property management.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and litigation procedures.
    • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office.
