Description
JR are working with a leading engineering company based in Ashby de la Zouch to find a temporary Accounts Assistant to join them on an ongoing basis.
Working as part of a team, this role will focus on processing expenses, invoices and contractor timesheets.
Whilst temporary, this role will be assisting the team during a period of growth and may offer longer term opportunity for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Processing, managing and allocating invoices
- Processing contractor timesheets
- Processing expenses
- Raise invoices
- General admin duties which support the finance team
Key skills
- Experience of processing purchase invoices
- Exposure to processing timesheets/expenses
- Sage l50 knowledge
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
They are happy to offer hybrid working, 3 days office, 2 days remote.
