Head of Commercial / Head of Category Management / Head of Sales & Monetisation needed for a huge product and services marketplace that offers unique services to tens of millions of visitors every month.

Although they're a very established brand, theyare entering an exciting new phase of rapid growth.

The Head of Commercial / Head of Category Management / Head of Sales & Monetisation will deliver against their core strategic pillar of building new sustainable monetisation.

This role will require you to collaborate closely with the strategy, marketing, product,and technology teams to build and execute on your plans.

You will also directly manage the sales and account management teams along with commercial operations and business systems.

As the Head of Commercial you will:

  • Take ownership of driving the revenue formulating and executing the subscription and ecommerce trading strategy to drive account and active user growth across all market sectors
  • Drive advertiser supply, yield and conversion for onsite advertising products across B2C and C2C categories
  • Identify new opportunities through continuous efforts/improvements using innovation and a growth mindset with an overall strategic focus on driving sustainable growth and profitability; includes staying up to date with competitor research and industry trends,developing the business model and gotomarket strategy for new products.
  • Manage commercial Operations including key business systems (Salesforce)
  • Play an active role in helping to shape a positive, clear, and inclusive culture

As the Head of Commercial you must:

  • Have strong experience in a commercial leadership role within a digital, content, advertising, consumer tech, marketplace, or similar business
  • Previous experience managing sales/account management/partnerships teams
  • Strong ability to utilise data/data analytics to drive decision in relation to ecommerce, user experience and content management
  • A strong understanding of digital customer journey and be able to positively influence consumer behaviour
  • Experienced knowledge of analytical tools for modelling and forecasting

This is a Hybrid role in Southwest London with 2 days in office and the ability to work flexibly in an incredible dynamic environment with other benefits.
