To provide administrative support to Community Adult Rehab Services and the senior Management teamThis includes:
to work professionally and effectively with senior colleagues, management, and staff employed by the organisation.
- Provide admin support for the senior team, as required.
- To demonstrate excellent communication skills which will contribute and enhance patients experience.
- Making phone calls on behalf of the service to patients and other services/ teams.
- Recording patient feedback through our online reporting system.
- Uses office equipment, computer, photocopier, etc., to ensure efficient production of work

We are looking for an Administrator to come and join our team based in Hillingdon. You will work from two site- Westmead Clinic in Ruislip and Laurel Lodge in Hillingdon.

- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload, working autonomously within set guidelines and parameters. Reporting to the office Manager as their line manager who will provide guidance for nonroutine or complex matters
- Filing and archiving
- Maintaining all office and medical/clinical supplies, including stock taking, ordering,
- Excellent communication skills with patients, carers, team members on a daily basis and communication reflects the trusts values.
- Making phone calls on behalf of the service to collect feedback from patients.
