Core services include repair, maintenance, construction and installation of utility and infrastructure assets. We provide traffic management through our sister businesses; Go Traffic Management and Capital Traffic Management. Vegetation management and tree cutting activities are provided through EOS Contracting.

Our Role
As a Traffic Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the Traffic Management Operations on the Affinity Water contract, working closely with assigned suppliers ensuring working time directives are met and all activities are delivered in a safe and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to:
- Manage commercial relationships with assigned suppliers to ensure best value for the contract and Client
- Support the Suppliers in directing a team of TM Operatives ensuring a high standard of work in maintained
- Review CAD drawings to ensure best chance of job success and mínimal disruption to the public
- Undertake desktop reviews of TM bookings to ensure they have not been overengineered
- Ensure that business KPI's and profitability are achieved and exceeded
- Maintain and improve operational efficiency, cost and service levels, ensuring operational compliance
- Attend client meetings to ensure all SHEQ legislation and Highways Agency COPs are adhered to
- Produce and deliver Briefings to update staff on Compliance
- Perform site specific checks on all site set ups that have been carried out that week to ensure safety and compliance
- Ensure 24/7 call out service is always available via the Rota system already agreed
- Ensure the depot remains compliant with customer KPI's
- Attend client site visits and complete site survey
