Sales and Technical Support Representative

G K & N Services are a company of Engineers working predominantly in the tanker building, jetting, drainage and welfare industry and are market leaders in our field.

Due to our continued success, we are looking to employ an office based Sales and Technical Support Representative.

The purpose of the role will be to support both internal and external sales teams ensuring all technical enquiries and the related administrative duties are fulfilled.

Oversee both hard and soft document control and co-ordination of technical information and specifications.

Provide support to the technical and sales teams from point of enquiry through to invoicing whilst assisting in procurement and other duties required to facilitate completion and delivery of our services to meet both business and customers satisfaction.

The right individual will be computer literate and comfortable in a customer facing role.

They will ideally have experience within the jetting and drainage industry with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

To emphasise the experience required, G K & N products and systems are all low-volume and uniquely designed to customer requirements, rather than standard high-volume catalogue products.
