Success Recruit are currently working with a Logistics Support company who are based in North Essex and are looking to recruit a German Speaking Business Development Manager.


After extensive market research from the UK office, our client has created a new position to concentrate on the development and growth of the German market allowing this to be a very exciting project for the successful individual.


The Successful Business Development Manager will be expected to:

  • Be fluent in the German language
  • both written& verbally
  • Have a confident and strong telephone manner to build relationships
  • Be confident building new relationships and winning new business via cold calling
  • Can demonstrate a successful sales career to date

The Successful Business Development Manager will be rewarded with:

Job Details


The successful Business Development Manager will be overseeing the development of the German market by conducting cold calls initially and building upon these relationships, researching and identifying a client basis which they will be responsible for ensuringmaximum sales are generated.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Prospect telephone calls to Germany, mainly to the construction and logistics industry
  • Build and maintain relationship with clients, initially from cold however generating warm and hot leads and relationships to nurture
  • Conducting research and identify other markets to find new business
  • Provide high levels of customer service over all forms of communication
  • Confidently learn and understand the product range to ensure customer demands can be reached and also established
  • Manage own schedule of work to ensure KPI's are achieved
  • Advising the business on any knowledge that may support with the project of the German market
  • Managing the relationship with clients from enquiry to sale and processing

Hours:

Monday - Friday however hours can be discussed and flexibility offer for full time or part time


Salary:

£30 - £40k dependant on experience and would be pro rata if on a part time basis
