Recruit UK are working with a prestigious wealth management firm in Birmingham and looking to bring on a Financial Planning Administrator to join their friendly, dynamic team in the city centre of Birmingham.

You would be working within a team to support 3 financial advisers, and this may develop into a 1:1 working set up.

The company provide fully independent holistic advice and pride themselves on the services they provide to their clients.


Duties will include:


  • Processing new business
  • Client meeting packs
  • Illustrations
  • Updating CRM system
  • Supporting financial advisers
  • Annual reviews

Skills and experience required:


  • Previous financial planning administration experience
  • Proficient use of Excel and Intelligent Office
  • Ability to multitask
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as a team

Pay:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
