This is a great opportunity for experienced Team Leaders or experienced assembly operatives looking for their next career move.


Our client are a fast paced organisation and are looking for someone that has worked in a similar type of role.

They specialise in the supply of POS/POP within the temporary and permanent display industry.


The role:


  • Play an active role on the shop floor with the team
  • Support and lead your team to drive outputs (quantity, quality) to plan
  • Monitor output per hour, meet or exceed output targets for the contract
  • Ensure labour is effectively utilised at all times (including minimising overtime)
  • Ensure all relevant paper work is up to date (as required)
  • Follow all relevant procedures set out

As an assembly team leader you will possess:

  • Previous experience within the POS industry
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Time management
  • Ability to work with other departments towards a shared goal
  • Confidence working with differing personalities
  • Flexible as overtime will be available and occasionally shifts
