An exciting opportunity has opened for an EA to support Lydia the CEO at Housemates.

We are looking for someone who is organised with excellent time management skills, can work well under pressure, and can deliver efficient and executive support.

This role is a full-time, permanent position.


Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact for the CEO.
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage CEO's calendar and set up meetings.
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Housemates now has three global offices.
• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
• Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.
• Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
• Take minutes during meetings.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Organize and maintain the office filing system.

Requirements and skills

• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
