As our new Content Creator, you will play a key role in promoting PET-Xi's brand and engaging our target audience across various social media platforms.

You will work closely with our Creative Brand and Comms Lead to help develop a content strategy that aligns with our brand's objectives and target audience together with creating engaging and high-quality content, including, and not limited to social media content, multimedia content including images and video and basic and graphic design.

You will support in the creation of marketing material, adverts, artwork updates, web content and recruitment adverts. (Training will also be given to improve your knowledge in graphic design).

Requirements:

-
Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns and content creation.
-
Strong videography skills with a proven experience of creating engaging and creative videos.
-
Strong photography, videography, and graphic design skills, along with experience using relevant software and tools.
-
Accomplished across social media platforms including Facebook & Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and Tik Tok.
-
Flair for creativity and confident using creative software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite etc.
-
A Basic knowledge of Adobe graphic design software packages (you will be trained to a higher level).

An in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
-
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
-
Ability to work independently on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-
Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique and engaging content.
-
A passion for keeping abreast with the latest industry news, social media advancements and emerging trends.

Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
-
Strong attention to detail with good administration, organisational, time management skills.

Willing to travel to locations around the West Midlands to film content and further afield occasionally. (Travel/milage/accommodation etc would be paid)

Be able to work onsite in Coventry 5 days a week and willing to get out and about filming content, taking photos etc.

Must be a team player with a can-do attitude & spirit.

Willing to wear our branded uniform (black suit, white shirt, and branded tie).

Person Specification
-
A minimum of 1 to 2 years of working within a Content Creator role.
-
Experience of working within a busy Marketing Department/Company.
-
Educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent.
-
Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique and engaging content.
-
A willingness to help and support other team members within the organisation.
-
A flexible attitude towards work, adapting to the changing demands of the role.
-
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
-
Full UK driving licence as travel will be required for this role.
