DUTIES WILL INCLUDE


You will be responsible for maintaining purchase and sales ledgers, credit control, reconciling bank accounts, preparing monthly payment runs and preparing weekly/monthly reports for the directors.

You will also have other ad hoc administration duties.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum 3 years experience in an accounts department/credit control environment
  • Experience using Sage accounting software
  • Minimum 5 GSCE's including English & Maths
  • Flexibility and good team working skills and ability to work on own initiative
  • Advanced excel skills
Customer facing experience


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
