Job title: Junior Client Side Town Planning Associate_
Salary: £30,000£40,000_

Our client is looking for an ambitious Junior Town Planning Associate to join their London team.

They invest and develop in exceptional, premium residential and mixed-use projects over the U.K.

The role will require work at all stages of the planning process from site acquisition through to delivery.

Responsibilities

Appointment and management of key project consultants
Assisting the investor team on site acquisitions and investment strategy
Liaison with investors and project partners
Preparation and management of planning programmes
Produce a weekly project dashboard to provide weekly updates on progress and key issues
Reporting directly to the Head of Planning

Qualifications

At least 2 years postgraduation experience
Ideally to have RTPI accreditation Skills

*Knowledge and experience with central London mixed used developments

Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
