Role Overview:


As a Junior Digital Marketing and Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing our digital marketing strategies across various online platforms.

Leveraging your industry-specific placement experience, you will contribute to enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our audience, and driving traffic to our website and social media channels.

This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a keen understanding of current digital marketing trends.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage engaging content for our website, blogs, and social media platforms, including but not limited to articles, infographics, and videos. Ensure all content is SEO-optimized to enhance visibility.

Social Media Strategy: Assist in the planning and execution of social media strategies to increase engagement, follower count, and brand awareness across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Website Management: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our marketing objectives. Monitor website traffic and user engagement metrics.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns and content. Provide regular reports to the marketing team with actionable insights.

Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the changing needs of our audience.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant industryspecific placement experience in marketing, website, and social content management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and SEO principles.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and original content.
  • Analytical skills with experience in using analytics tools to measure performance.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:


  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
