The Role - Behaviour Mentor


Qualiteach are looking for a highly experienced, assertive, and charismatic support assistant to join one of our East London based primary schools working 1:1 with a student with severe challenging behaviour.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you must be confident,assertive, and have a strong classroom presence.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will need to work collaboratively alongside the school pastoral officer to devise a plan and implement strategies to help ease the students transition back into a mainstream setting.

As a Behaviour Mentor, prior experience working within a PRU, or behaviour unit would be beneficial.
