Facebook Channel Manager - Hybrid - Media & Sports

We are an independent leading sports digital media company, specializing in multi-channel content creation. With an audience of over 26m, we pride ourselves on creating authentic connections between our fans and brands.

We are looking for a Facebook Channel Manager to drive our growth and audience retention producing engaging and quality content across the platform.

The Job:

By joining as the Facebook Channel Manager, you will:

Establish Facebook content plan strategy and deliver against key company targets, considering paid and organic means.
Identify new, and pay close attention to competitor social activity, working with the Head of Social, to identify new platform trends.
Oversee partner community management strategy alongside content editors.
Conduct regular meetings with the editorial team assisting on content creation where needed.
Identify new growth and revenue opportunity through content strategy and variety of posts (link,image,video, audience targeting)
Manage and own our brand tone of voice across the channel.
Publish Brand safe content.
Manage stakeholder relations.

You will have:

Have confident understanding of the Facebook/Meta platform including different post formats
Keep engaged with our audience and understand what makes them tick.
Initiate and drive projects
Great problem solving and attention to detail skills
A passion for Social & Digital marketing
