Permanent, Full Time Monday-Friday

£26,000 per annum + uncapped commission | OTE £36,000

Every day you will

Use various methods to source new talent for the organisation, including' advertisements, headhunting, social media, referrals, networking with the aim of promoting our diverse range of career opportunities we have across the organisation
Build and maintain long lasting internal relationships with your hiring managers by keeping them updated throughout the recruitment process and offering support and advice where necessary whilst developing a true partnership approach

To thrive in this role, you must have...

Previous recruitment experience
A proven track record in achieving targets
A demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Knowledge and proven success of utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and CRM databases for successful hires
