We're looking for a Reservations Administrator to join our busy Rentals team based at our state-of-the-art Kirkstall Forge head office, conveniently located just 6 minutes away from Leeds city centre.

You'll be at the forefront of our Reservations team and the go-to person for processing vehicle rental requests and ensuring our customers receive a seamless booking experience.

So, what will you be doing?

As a Reservation Specialist, you will handle vehicle rental reservations, ensuring every detail is in line with customer policies and service level agreements
Provide an exceptional customer experience by confirming bookings and offering valuable information on delivery/collection processes and airport procedures
Be the goto expert for making changes to reservations and resolving issues, working closely with customers and suppliers to find solutions that exceed expectations
Maintain accuracy in every transaction, doublechecking reservations to guarantee they are flawlessly booked
Take charge of producing and managing selfmonitoring reports to keep error rates to a minimum, showcasing your commitment to excellence in every aspect of your role
Create and deliver insightful reports using Microsoft Excel to keep management and customers informed and empowered
