Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Care Supervisor to join our team, with a passion for delivering exceptional care services.

As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and co-managing a team of care workers, to ensure standards are maintained and the team is motivated and supported.

Your role will involve conducting monthly spot checks and monthly service user audits, supporting the registered manager, providing guidance and support to care staff, monitoring on-call on alternate weekends.

Overall ensuring that the carers and clients are all satisfied and have someone accessible and approachable to seek support.

Reponsabilities

Supervise a team of care workers, including assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations and spot checks/ support.

  • Actively participate in promoting company growth.
  • Monitor the front line; such as ensuring urine samples are collected and delivered when required.
  • Ensure front line systems are working effectively, and report any concerns.
  • Motivating the team, ensuring team wellbeing and promoting a positive work place
  • Collaborate with managers and other supervisors to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage and coordinate the company every other weekend, or to cover management holidays twice a year. _(This is a small company, so dont expect oncall to be as relentless as other companies.)_
  • Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by care staff or clients in a timely manner, and offer support, explanations or solutions.
  • Setting an example to others in the company.
  • Ensuring clients' properties are tidy, and medication is maintained in an organised manner.
  • Ensuring care plans are followed.

Requirements:


  • A level 2 in Health & Social Care or a willingness to enroll in Level 3 with the company.
  • An excellent attendance record.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Committed, fair and approachable.
  • Fully enhanced DBS

Salary:
£13.40 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 30 per week
