Tradewind Recruitment is proud to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEN Teacher to join a dynamic team at wonderful Primary School in Bedford, with a driven and enthusiastic Head Teacher who is committed to providing the best educationalexperience for all students.


This school is well-equipped with the latest technology and resources, and the team is dedicated to providing teachers with the support they need to succeed.

While this Primary school is well established in the area it is at the beginning of an extremelyexciting growth period allowing any staff member working there enormous growth and development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and deliver engaging and inclusive lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with special educational needs.
  • Assess and monitor the progress of each student and provide regular feedback to parents and the school leadership team.
  • Work closely with support staff and outside agencies to provide the best possible educational experience for each student.
  • Collaborate with the school team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest best practices and developments in the field of special educational needs.
